All the elements that make up the site, structure, texts, visuals, identity, logo, source code and scripts, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Unfable Studio, unless stated otherwise.

The project visuals shown on the site were produced for our clients. They are reproduced to present the method, with the agreement of the project owners concerned, and grant no right of use to third parties.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Short quotations with an indication of the source remain possible under the conditions provided for by law.

• Animation: GSAP and ScrollTrigger, by GreenSock (Webflow), under their standard free licence; Lenis, by darkroom.engineering, under the MIT licence.
• 3D rendering: three.js, under the MIT licence.

Some illustrative visuals, such as the stone objects and the interior visuals, are produced with artificial intelligence tools, then selected, checked and retouched by us. The before and after comparisons show real site photos and the visuals delivered from those photos.

The site collects the minimum needed to answer a request: the information you enter in the quote form (name, company, email, message). It is used only to reply to you and to draw up a quote, is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then for no more than three years after the last exchange, and is neither sold nor transferred.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. To exercise it, write to create [at] unfable.studio.

With your consent, the site measures its traffic with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). Measurement cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are only set after you agree and are kept for 13 months at most. Your choice is kept for 13 months, after which you are asked again; you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

The site sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking.

Your browser only keeps, in local storage, the last colour tint displayed, so that a different one is shown on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.

To display the page, your browser loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts and script libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. These services receive your IP address at the time of loading, as with any web resource.

This site and this legal notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, in writing to create [at] unfable.studio. Failing agreement, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts under ordinary law.
